Your Light

IA, the traditional Romanian blouse, hand-sewn with golden thread on white cotton fabric, is more than just a piece of clothing. It is the garment of the soul’s light, as I like to call it. It carries within its weave not only the golden threads, but also the light and peace of each generation.

When I created this traditional blouse, I connected with inner light and inner peace. Each stitch, resembling lacework and used since ancient times, is a testament to tradition and to the imprint of smiles that echo over the years.
